What's covered

• Battery failure within 12 months
• Water damage (IP67 specifications)
• Connectivity issues not caused by user

Not covered

• Intentional damage or modification
• Lost or stolen trackers (covered by Premium Protection)
• Normal battery depletion after 12 months
