How to return

1. Email support@qcoq.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll send you a prepaid shipping label within 24 hours
3. Pack the items (including any accessories) and drop off at any shipping location
4. Refund processed within 5 business days of receiving your return

• Original packaging not required, but items must be in working condition
• Refunds issued to original payment method
