Tracker Safety & Anti-Stalking Protections
Built to find your things — not to track people.
QCOQ trackers are designed to help you find your own belongings. We take misuse seriously and have built multiple layers of protection to prevent stalking or harassment.
How we protect you
- iPhone anti-stalking alerts: Apple's Find My will notify you if an unknown QCOQ tracker appears to be traveling with you for an extended period.
- Android scanner app: Our free Android app includes a "Scan for trackers" feature that detects unknown QCOQ trackers and other Bluetooth tracker brands nearby.
- Sound alerts: A tracker separated from its owner will begin emitting an audible tone after 8-24 hours to alert anyone who may have it.
- Serial number lookup: Anyone who finds a QCOQ can scan it with any smartphone to see contact instructions and a disable code.
- Law enforcement cooperation: We cooperate fully with legitimate law enforcement requests to identify owners of trackers used for harassment.
If you suspect unwanted tracking
- Check your iPhone's Find My notifications or run an Android scan
- Locate the tracker (listen for the beep)
- Disable it by removing the battery
- Contact local authorities if you feel threatened
- Email us at safety@qcoq.com — we can help trace ownership
Our commitment
We believe in the fundamental human right to privacy and freedom from surveillance. QCOQ will always prioritize user safety over sales. If you've experienced tracker-based harassment, please reach out — we'll do everything we can to help.
